As-Is Policy
We will showcase special items on this Website for sale from our Clearance Center, including but not limited to one-of-a-kind items, discontinued items and collections, special purchases and customer returns. We do not warrant these items to be free from defect, nor represent them as such. All items found for purchase within the Clearance Center and on these Clearance Center Web pages are determined to be sold "as is". We will not attempt to repair the merchandise.

Return Policy

  1. All sales are final.
  2. No refunds or returns.
  3. Deposits are non-refundable.
  4. Exchanges or store credits are not allowed.
WARRANTIES:
THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS OF PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ALL SUCH WARRANTIES ARE EXPRESSLY AND SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMED.

Furnitureland South shall not be responsible for any indirect, special or consequential damages. Although we attempt to point out obvious defects or irregularities pertaining to the piece on the Website, we do not call attention to every flaw, irregular detail, or to any latent defect. No refund, repair, or replacement will be made should your selection prove unsatisfactory for any reason. Items not picked up or accepted for delivery within 30 days will be subject to a restocking fee, whereby the full deposit will be forfeited.

Shipping Policy
F.O.B. Seller's Loading Dock. Delivery rates are based on destination and weight of merchandise.

Accepting Delivery
Please provide us with any special delivery instructions. If you cannot be present for delivery, please have your authorized representative available to inspect and sign for delivery. You agree to pay a re-delivery fee if you do not accept a scheduled delivery. If your chosen destination is not accessible to the carrier's truck, your merchandise will be transported to an accessible, nearby location beyond which you will be responsible for transportation.

Size of Merchandise
Please note the size of merchandise, making sure it easily fits through passages and in the room you designate. If placement in the designated room involves limited maneuverability because of narrow access, doorways or other space restrictions, FLS will not be liable for damages that might result from attempting placement. In advance of delivery, please clear a path to facilitate access. Delivery personnel will not hang items. If more than two delivery people are needed due to weight or size, you agree to provide additional personnel. Cartons or crates will not be removed. The customer is responsible for payment of any gate, barge and ferry fees if needed to make deliveries.

Pick-Up Policy
If you choose to pick up your merchandise, please give FLS notice of two business days to stage and inspect your order. NC sales tax applies to merchandise you or your agent pick up here.

Cancellation Policy
This agreement is binding on these terms as soon as you submit your payment information. If you cancel, Furnitureland South will retain one third of the purchase price plus shipping charges. No orders are on approval.

Credit Purchases
The Clearance Center accepts Visa and MasterCard for online purchases ONLY.
